Prinsesstårta (Princess Cake)

Prinsesstårta is a traditional Swedish layered cake with alternating layers of airy sponge cake, pastry cream and raspberry jam. Topped with a thick domed-shaped layer of whipped cream covered by marzipan, giving it a smooth rounded top.

PLEASE NOTE: As we make everything by hand and to order, even our gorgeous marzipan roses. We need 7 days notice for a Princess Cake order.

Suggested serving size 12-16 people (12″)
